Rules for incoming messages
The window allows to manage rules for incoming messages.
The created rules and their selected properties are displayed in the table.
The rules are applied gradually from top to bottom.
Tip: Customize the table: It is possible to add columns, filter and group, customize current view or create other views.
Options:
- Add – creating a new rule.
- Edit – editing the rule selected in the list.
- Delete – deleting the rule selected.
- Down – moving the selected rule one step down.
- Up – moving the selected rule one step up.
Note: Rules for incoming messages are applied on the new requests only. (The messages containing the symbol of existing request in the subject will be automatically assigned to this request.)
