Merge tickets

Use this form to merge multiple duplicate tickets into one.

Options:

• Tickets - enter the number, tag, or part of the name of the ticket you want to merge, then select the ticket from the drop-down menu. This will add the ticket to the list of tickets below the input field.
  Caution:

  All tickets in this list will be irreversibly removed!
• Merge in ticket - Enter the number, tag, or part of the ticket name into which you want to merge all tickets in the top list. The following information from all tickets in the top list will be transferred to the specified ticket
  • Ticket Logs
  • Links to other tickets
  • Object links
  • Followers
  Note:

  This field is automatically populated with the ticket over which you ran the Merge Tickets command, or the oldest of the selected tickets if there are more than one. The other selected tickets are listed in the top list.
