Deployment

Technical requirements​

For SaaS customers​

  • ALVAO subscription including the ALVAO for Teams license

For On-premise customers​

  • ALVAO + ALVAO for Teams license

  • User authentication using Microsoft Entra ID

  • REST API accesible from the internet

On-premises customers: The implementation must be co-ordinated by the ALVAO support service.

Installation​

  • Get the application from the Microsoft AppSource or search for ALVAO in the Applications tab in Teams.
  • The first time you run the add-in, log in using your Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID).

Company-wide deployment​

Customization​

You can set your custom name, description and icon image. For more information about customization see the Microsoft guide.
