Set profile

The window allows you to quickly set up a profile of views in the tickets table (nothing else will be changed) for selected users by overwriting their existing profile with the current profile of another (sample) user.

Options:

  • Overwrite with user profile - select the user whose current settings you want to overwrite the settings of the users over whom you are executing the command.
