Select the display mode of Asset Management tickets, tables and objects:

  • Theme - choose your preferred color theme for the application. This option may be hidden by the administrator.

  • Landing page - choose your preferred default page in the application. This option is only available in the ALVAO Service Desk.

  • Tickets

    • Highlight unread tickets in the lists of tickets - choose which unread tickets you want to highlight in the tickets lists. An unread ticket is one that contains a new event or message, or is a newly created ticket.

      • None - no unread tickets will be highlighted.
      • Relevant for me - any unread tickets that relate to you in some way will be highlighted, i.e.:
        • you are a main solver in the ticket service or are currently a solver of the ticket (i.e. the To solve column is Yes).
        • you are the requester or a ticket participant of the ticket.
        • you follow the ticket (i.e. in the Ticket following column the value is Yes).
        • you are currently the approver of the ticket (i.e. the value in the To be approved column is Yes).
      • All - all unread tickets will be highlighted.
    • Detailed tiles - enable this option if you also want to display more detailed information about the ticket in the tiles. The tile will then additionally display values from the first few columns of the table (depending on the view settings in View table mode).

    • Show selected tickets - select in which part of the Tickets page you want to display the details of the currently selected ticket.

  • Software

    • Show selected product - choose position of the selected software pane on the Software page.

  • Tables - general setting for all tables in the application.

      • Normal
