Introduction

What is ALVAO

ALVAO is an IT Service Management (ITSM) solution designed to help organizations maintain efficiency, structure, and control across their operations. It consists of the following components:

  • ALVAO Asset Management - manage and track IT and non-IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • ALVAO Service Desk - manage tickets, incidents, service requests, tasks, and projects from a single, centralized workspace.
  • Extension modules - enhance functionality with optional modules that expand ALVAO’s capabilities.

ALVAO delivers the most value when the Asset Management and the Service Desk are used together, but they can also be used separately.

We are continuously improving ALVAO products and finding inspiration for new features especially in the suggestions coming from users who use ALVAO in their daily work.
