The Service window contains settings for service management.

• Other – if Custom items for services exist, they are set on this tab.

• SLA – management of SLAs assigned to service users.
• Areas
• Loading messages – the service's connection to the mailbox.
• Extended – settings for process, displaying items to requester, satisfaction questionnaire and others.
