Note: Changing the language settings at any of the following locations will take effect in ALVAO Admin, ALVAO Asset Management, ALVAO Service Desk, and on the Portal. All applications share the same language settings.
ALVAO Asset Management
Go to the Tools – Settings menu.
Click on the Language tab and select your preferred language from the drop-down box.
Click on OK or Apply.
ALVAO Service Desk
Go to the File – Settings menu.
Click on the Language tab and select your preferred language from the drop-down box.
Click on OK or Apply.
ALVAO Admin
Go to the main menu in ALVAO Admin and select Manage – Users.
Select a user and click on Edit in the context menu.
Click on the General tab in the Person window.
Select the preferred language from the drop-down box.
Click on OK or Apply.
Portal
Select Settings from the menu below the user name.
Select the preferred language from the drop-down box.
Click on Save.
