Custom Items
If you need to write some more data to some data entities in ALVAO, such as to requests, users and others, you can create your custom items to store them. Custom items can be added to the following entities:
Members of the Administrators group can manage custom items under ALVAO WebApp – Management – Custom items.
In forms for editing relevant entities, custom item values usually appear in the Other block.
