Opening Attachments

The initial message, which was used to create a request, as well as any other related messages may contain attachments. All messages are located in the Request Log in the bottom part of the Requests to be resolved window. Messages with at least one attachment are marked with a paper clip icon.
Follow the steps below to open attachments:

  1. Go to the Request Log and double-click the message whose attachments you want to open.
  2. A window will open with the message and with the list of attached files. Double-click an attachment to open it. You can also right-click on an attachment and select Save to file to save the attachment to a specific location.
Note:

This will create a temporary file on the computer hard drive where the attachment is copied. If you edit the attached file, no changes will be saved and when you open the file next time, no changes you made previously will be applied.
