Importing/Exporting Data

This chapters describes different ways and means for exporting data from and importing data to ALVAO.

ImportUtil – imports objects to the Objects Tree in Asset Management.
ImportAD – imports users and user groups to Admin and objects (computers, users, organizational structure) to Asset Management.
ImportUsersCSV – imports users to Admin from CSV files.
ImportSharepoint – imports user portraits from SharePoint, including Office365.
ExportUtil – exports objects from Asset Management.
GenerateProcessDiagram – generates diagrams of specific Service Desk processes in MS Visio format.
