General
The tab allows to set the general information about the process.
Options:
- Name – enter the process name.
Tip: We recommend to name the processes with the process entity name (in singular) processed by the process, e.g. " Incident", " Request for change" etc., because the process names are displayed to users in the New request and Edit (request) windows titles.
- Description – enter the process description.
Note: Neither Name nor Description can be changed for system processes.
