Request Item

The window serves to add an item from the list to the request optional items.

Options:

• Item – select the item you want to add to process from the menu.
• In SD Console – Edit – view the item on the General tab – enable if the added item should be displayed on the General tab (instead of the Other tab).
  Note:

  The option is available only for the custom items.
  By default, when editing the request in the ALVAO Service Desk Console, the custom items are displayed on the Other tab, while the system items are displayed on the General tab.
