Request items
Items that can be filled in the request are displayed on this tab.
The items are defined on the selected process and the process is defined on the service.
Both custom and system items can be added and removed.
Warning: Items displayed here can be seen only by solvers, operators and managers of the service.
Note: The display mode of items for requesters can be selected in the Service Settings. Some items can not be made accessible to the requester (refer to table). The obligation to fill in the requests is entered in the Workflow always in the settings of the specific status on the Required items tab.
Options:
- Add – adding a new request item.
- Edit – editing the selected item.
- Remove – removing the selected item.
