Computer set object template

A computer set object is created for each computer object by default. The computer set represents a folder storing all peripherals connected to the computer, like monitor(s), laptop docking station, etc.

You can configure the system so that the computer set object is not used and only computer objects are created in the object tree. In that case, however, monitors and printers would not be created either and you would have to register them manually.

If you don't want to use the computer set objects, go to Administration - Asset Management - Object templates and move the computer templates away from the Computer set templates.
