On this page you can set general parameters for the ALVAO Service Desk.
Options:

Default method for submission of tickets on behalf of another user - select a value that when manually write a ticket will be pre-populated in the New ticket form in the Ticket submission method field.
tipIf you want main solvers to always have to select the ticket submission method when writing a ticket on behalf of a user, select a blank value.
noteWhen writing a ticket through phone switchboard, the value phone is pre-populated, regardless of this setting.
