Event

On this page you can see a specific event (i.e., email message, note, system log record, ...) from the ticket log, see Ticket - Communications tab.

Options:

• Command panel
  • Translate - translate the record into your preferred language. Then, you can go back by clicking the Show original button. This command is available only with the ALVAO Automatic Content Translation module.
  • The panel contains also some commands from the Log page.
• Event content
