Send news post by email

Use this form to send the selected post by email to the selected recipients.

Emailing news posts to requesters in the multilingual scenario, the text of the post can be automatically translated into recipient's preferred language. This feature is available only with the ALVAO Automatic Content Translation module.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • Send - send the post.
  • Send news post by email:
    • To requesters of assigned services the post will be sent to all requesters of the services to which the post is assigned. This option is only available for posts with the Show to requesters option enabled.
    • To members of service teams of assigned services - post will be sent to all members of the service teams to which the post is assigned.
    • To selected recipients - enter the recipients' email addresses separated by semicolon.
