Formatted text input field

In many places in the application the formatted text input field is used to enter text messages, textual descriptions etc.In the field you may not only write text but also paste images and links. To format the text use the commands from the command bar below the field:

• Text-formatting commands
• Knowledge base - choose a knowledge and insert it in the message at the cursor position. This command is available only in the New message and Resolve forms.
• Translate - translate the written text into the preferred language of the ticket requester. In the case of the Start approval and Approve or reject forms this command translates the text into the langauge of the ticket's service. This command is part of the ALVAO Automatic Content Translation module and is available only to the members of the ticket service team.
