Forwarding Messages

You can forward the messages in the Request Log. Use the steps below:

  1. Go to the Request Log and select a message that you want to forward.
  2. Go to the main menu and select Home – Forward.
  3. The Send Message window will open containing the text of the original message, including all attachments. Enter the message recipient and click on Send.
    Note:
    The original message format is used in the forwarded message automatically.
Note:

You can use Home – Forward not only on the message in the Request Log, you can use it directly on the request too. In that case, this command will be used on the last suitable message in the log of the selected request.
