Internal Records

Most records in the Request Log can be displayed or hidden for the requester in the WebApp. This allows you to hide the internal communication between the members of the solving team from the requester.
Follow the steps below to change the item visibility:

  1. Go to the Request Log (e.g. in the bottom-left part of the Requests to be resolved window) and double-click an item.
  2. A window will open where you can enable or disable the Show to requester option.
