File

The File menu serves for working with the database, analytical Excel, and the ALVAO Asset Management system.

Options:

  • Database – opening and creating a new database.
  • Save as – saving the information about the objects selected in the table (available formats are csv and html).
  • Analyze in MS Excel Sheet – displaying the information about the objects selected in the table in analytical Excel.
  • Draw dependencies in MS Visio – displaying the links (of the object selected in the tree) in the MS Visio program.
  • Print – displaying information about the selected object in the print preview. (Open) the most suitable from the offered templates. You might need to Refine query parameters for some of them.
    If you select a report for Handover protocol, the corresponding window opens for filling in the required information about handover:
  • End – closing the ALVAO Asset Management application.
