Custom Items

This page is used to manage custom items.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • New custom item – adding a new item.
    • Edit – editing the selected item. The menu shows the same commands as the blocks of the item preview.
    • Delete – deleting the selected items.
  • Custom items table – the table shows prepared views for individual entities (Request, Service, SLA, ...), which display the custom items of the given entity. The table can be customized as needed.
  • Selected item – when you select an item in the table, the preview with the selected item information will appear next to the table on the right. Individual blocks of the preview show the Edit command for editing the given block.
