User management
Only users who have an Alvao user account can work with Alvao applications. Administrators and possibly other authorized users can manage other users' user accounts in Administration - Users.
Changing user name
If a user is renamed in Alvao (e.g., a last name change after marriage), their existing tickets will retain the previous name under which those tickets were originally created in the Requester field. On the Tickets page in the My Tickets view, the tickets are filtered by the current user name (the @me filter), so the user does not see their older tickets in this view. If you want the user to see these tickets, on the Tickets page, select all tickets from the requester with the original name and use the Edit command to change the requester's name in bulk.
