This extension module contains the following features:

Automatic ticket creation
It can automatically create linked (e.g. child) tickets when a new ticket is created or when a ticket transitions to a certain status. Set up the functionality in Administration - Service Desk - Processes - Edit - Workflow - Ticket status - Edit - Behavior - Automatic ticket creation.

Ticket tasks
Members of the service team can add a list of tasks (checklist) to a ticket that the ticket solver needs to complete or remember when resolving the ticket. Ticket tasks are displayed on the Ticket page in a panel located below the ticket header. This feature is available starting from version 26.2.

Automatic ticket assignment to solver group
In Administration - Service Desk - Processes - Edit - Workflow - Ticket status - Edit - Behavior - Assign ticket to a solver group during transition to this status, you can set the ticket to be automatically forwarded to a solver group when the ticket enters that ticket status.
