Co je Alvao
Alvao je nástroj pro správu IT služeb (ITSM), který podněcuje efektivní práci, řád a přehledný systém ve vašich organizacích. Skládá se z těchto částí:
- ALVAO Asset Management - IT majetek a další správa majetku
- ALVAO Service Desk - Pro správu požadavků (tiketů), řešení incidentů, úkolů a projektů
- Rozšířující moduly

Produkty společnosti Alvao jsou nejefektivnější, když jsou obě hlavní části použity dohromady, ale mohou být použivány i jednotlivě.

The following chapters are aimed at various user roles from ordinary users to admins.
The What's new chapter contains information about what's new in this version of Alvao compared to the previous version, both from the perspective of users and system administrators.
The content of the Application pages chapter describes individual pages, forms, and windows from the application.
Using a computer mouse is described from a right-handed perspective, with the left mouse button being the primary mouse button and the right mouse button being the secondary mouse button. So if you are left-handed and use a mouse with swapped buttons, use the left mouse button where the right mouse button is referenced in this manual.
