An Issue which has major impact and breaks the service. i.e.

  • Server Crash which causes applications to go down.
  • Data Loss or Corrupt data which impacts business transactions
  • Information leakage - users see what they should not, e.g., email communication of other users.

Medium issues

There are no known issues.

Definition of a medium issue

An issue which limits the use of service. i.e.

  • Issues with service which limit usage of a certain feature/functionality, however also has a temporary workaround.
  • Part of the product deviates from the specification in the documentation.

Minor issues

There are no known issues.

Definition of minor issue

A problem that does not restrict operation but affects the procedures for working with the product, i.e.

  • A mismatch of controls or outputs with the behaviour described in the documentation.
  • A mismatch of outputs with the behavior described in the documentation.
