Send response

To communicate with the requester, use the Tickets - Reply to requester command, which responds to the last message received from the requester, or sent to the requester as part of the request.

If you want to reply to a specific message in the ticket communication ( Ticket - Communications tab) use the command in the menu of that message - Reply.
