Služby

On this page you can manage services to which requesters enter their tickets.

Možnosti:

  • Panel příkazů

    • New service - create new service.

    • Tabulka/Strom - přepněte režim zobrazení služby.

    • Zobrazení smazáno - zobrazit nebo skrýt služby, které jsou označeny jako odstraněné, viz příkaz Smazat. Tyto příkazy jsou dostupné pouze ve stromu (viz Zobrazit jako strom).

    • Upravit - upravovat vlastnosti, požadavky a servisní tým vybrané služby. The menu contains the same commands as in the preview blocks of the service.

    • Smazat - označit vybranou službu jako odstraněnou z databáze (nelze ji trvale odstranit, pouze označenou Smazat příznakem). Takto označené služby nejsou v aplikaci obvykle zobrazeny, ale můžete je zobrazit pomocí příkazu Zobrazit smazané

    • Kopírovat - kopíruje vybranou službu, případně včetně všech podslužeb. Po tomto příkazu použijte příkaz Paste. You can also invoke the Copy command using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C.

    • Paste - Paste a copy of the service specified by the last use of Copy into the selected service in the tree. You can also invoke the Paste command using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V. All service settings are copied except those in the Message Reading block.

      Tip

      You can also copy services in the tree with the mouse using the drag & drop method with the Ctrlkey pressed.

    • Restore Deleted - restores selected services that are marked as deleted, see Remove.

    • Overwrite service team - override whole service team set on the selected services with the service team of a specific service. This command is only available for 2 or more selected services in the table. You can override the service team of a single service with the Edit - Service team - Override command.

    • Remove service team - remove whole service team set on the selected service. This command is only available for 2 or more selected services in the table. You can remove service team members from one service by using the Edit - Service team - Remove command.

    • Overwrite requesters - override all requesters set on the selected services by setting requesters of a specific service. The command is only available for 2 or more selected services in the table. You can override the requesters settings of a single service with the Edit - Requesters - Override command.

    • Remove requesters - remove all requesters set on the selected services. This command is only available for 2 or more selected services in the table. You can remove the requesters settings of one service with the Edit - Requesters - Remove command.

    • Export - export the selected service including child services and related settings (process, custom fields, etc.) to a file, see Service transfer. If you do not select any services, all services in the service tree are exported.

    • Import - Import services from a file. The services contained in the file are created as child services under the currently selected service. If you do not select any services, the new services are imported into the root of the service tree.

  • Servisní strome - služby zobrazené ve stromu (viz Zobrazit jako strome).

    Tip

    Služby ve stromu můžete přesunout myší pomocí metody drag & drop .

  • Servisní tabulka - služby zobrazené v tabulce (viz Zobrazit jako tabulku). Můžete customize tabulku podle potřeby.

    Tip

    V tabulce můžete vybrat více služeb a volně upravovat. Služby v tabulce můžete vybrat kliknutím na první sloupec "pipe" nebo výběrem řádků s Ctrl nebo Shift.

  • Vybraná služba - po výběru služby ve stromu nebo tabulce. preview se zobrazí vpravo s informacemi o vybrané službě . Příkaz Upravit se zobrazí v každém náhledu pro úpravu nastavení služby.

Jak navrhnout strukturu služeb​

  • Vyžaduje výběr služby postupně od kořene až po listy stromu . Pokud je to možné, doporučuje se stavět strom, aby na cestě od kořene k listům, žadatelé mohou intuitivně vybrat správnou službu pro vložení své žádosti.
  • Pro rozpis stromu služeb můžete využít pomocné služby s povolenou možnost Folder. Nové tikety nelze přidat do složek.
  • Pro často využívané služby můžete vytvořit Service placeholder na přístupnějším místě v katalogu služeb.

Odkazy na hlavní stránce​

Služby v Odkazy na hlavní stránce se zobrazí jako dlaždice na hlavní stránce pod vyhledávacím polem. Pokud chcete zobrazit odkaz na formulář pro odeslání tiketu ke konkrétní službě na hlavní stránce, vytvořte zástupce pro tuto službu v složku Odkazy na hlavní stránce v katalogu. Odkaz se zobrazí pouze na hlavní stránce pro uživatele, kteří mají přiřazenou úroveň služeb. Pokud chcete zobrazit odkaz na jinou stránku v aplikaci Alvao nebo jinde, vytvořte službu a zadejte url stránky ve Formulář pro nový požadavek - vlastní formulář URL a přiřaďte v této službě jakoukoli úroveň služby uživatelům, na které by měl být odkaz zobrazen. Na hlavní stránce se zobrazí maximálně 8 odkazů. Odkazy jsou zobrazeny ve stejném pořadí jako služby v katalogu.
