Software Detection Details
This window includes the details on software detections.
Use the View – Files or View – Register to switch between the views for information about detected files and registry entries. In the files view mode, this window is divided into five parts:
(1) List of unrecognized files – this list includes files that have not been recognized by applying any rule.
(2) Folder tree – a look at the hard drive on the detected machine. If you can see a tick near a folder, this means that this folder includes recognized files.
(3) List of files in the selected folder – contains files found in the folder currently selected in the folder tree (2). Recognized files are marked with a tick. The Product column for these files include the name of the recognized software product.
(4) List of products – this list displays products based on the following categories
(5) List of rules – recognition rules for the product currently selected in the list of products (4). This list may either include file-based rules, or registry-based rules, based on the window viewing mode.
If you use View – Register to switch the window to the registry view, the Registry entries list will be displayed, except for parts (1), (2), and (3).
