Seznam tiketů

Seznam tiketů je zobrazen na stránce Alvao WebApp na stránce Tickets a také na dalších stránkách.

Pokud chcete přizpůsobit řazení nebo filtrování tiketů v aktuálním zobrazení, použít příkaz Table pro přepnutí zobrazení seznamu na tabulku, customize tabulka podle potřeby a pak přepněte pohled zpět pomocí příkazu Tabulky. Příkazy pro přepnutí režimu zobrazení jsou také k dispozici v menu zobrazení - Možnosti zobrazení - Zobrazit tabulku/tabulky. V Nastavení - View najdete další možnosti nastavení vzhledu jak seznamu dlaždic, tak tabulky.

V režimu tab na rozdíl od režimu výchozího Tiles můžete vybrat více tiketů najednou a provádět hromadné operace.

Počet zobrazených nepřečtených tiketů

Použijte příkaz v aktuální nabídce zobrazení - Zobrazit možnosti - Zobrazit počet nepřečtených tiketů s názvem po zobrazení pro zobrazení počtu nepřečtených tiketů, i když zobrazení není aktuálně aktivní. This makes it easy to see on the page that a new ticket or message has been added to the view without having to refresh the page or switch views.

Archiv tiketů

Vyřešené a uzavřené tikety jsou automaticky přesunuty do archivu 6 měsíců po rozlišení. Ve výchozím nastavení se archivované tikety nezobrazují v tabulce tiketu . Můžete je zobrazit pomocí příkazu v menu zobrazení - Možnosti zobrazení - Zobrazit archiv. Pokud je zavřený tiket znovu otevřen, bude automaticky přesunut z archivu zpět do aktivního tiketu.

Odkazy na tiket

Pokud používáte odkaz mezi požadavky, v režimu Tabulka použít příkaz v aktuální nabídce zobrazení - Možnosti zobrazení - Zobrazení odkazů pro povolení prohlížení links přímo v tabulce. Ve sloupci tiketJméno se zobrazí šipky pro rozšíření odkazů na tikety s ostatními tikety. Pro lepší navigaci mezi propojenými tikety pak doporučujeme zobrazit také sloupec typu odkazu. Můžete použít příkaz Skrýt odkazy k vypnutí zobrazení odkazovaných tiketů v tabulce.

Sloupce níže můžete zobrazit v tabulce tiketů.
